As an official run tribe of Canada Running Series, we are honoured to welcome all levels of runners to #JoinTheTribe. Our three free weekly runs support all paces and levels including those just learning to run, to those training for their next marathon or Ironman. Unless otherwise mentioned, our runs leave from the NW corner of Spadina and Fort York. Some street parking is available as well as TTC access on Spadina or Bathurst.

MONDAY: ‪#‎ManiacMonday sprint intervals. 7pm, NW corner of Spadina and Fort York.

WEDNESDAY: 5km fun run. 7pm, NW corner of Spadina and Fort York.

SATURDAY: Long ‪#‎bRUNch‬ run.  9am, NW corner of Spadina and Fort York.

The perfect way to start a Sunday is with our free #YogaJam. A combination of music, movement, and community building, YogaJam is a 60 minute class open to all ages and levels.

SUNDAY: YogaJam. 9am. Mountain Equipment Co-op, 400 King St West.

Let us help you create a a workplace the promotes physical activity and healthy living through the offering of our Tribe Workplace Wellness program. Whether your needs are run, yoga, or boot camp based we can support your team in creating a program that works for you. An early morning run, noon-hour yoga, or after work urban boot camp we will help your team to build community and promote active living.
