Yoga

YogaFlow: Through the connection of movement with breath this 60-minute Vinyasa class will help improve balance, build strength and increase your flexibility. The dynamic sequence of postures will focus on alignment to support you in maintaining and deepening your personal practice.

YogaFUNdamentals: This 60-minute back-to-basics class is ideal for those new to yoga as well as those looking to revisit the fundamentals. Learn the essentials connecting breath to movement throughout the sun salutation, standing balances, as well basic inversions and arm balance prep.

YogaRemix: This 60-minute remixed Vinyasa flow class will have you moving with breath through a prescribed yoga sequences, before remixing the flow and adding your own style, by listening to your body, and putting your personal twist on the shared sequences.

YogaRestore: Relax into this slow-paced 60-minute practice that uses seated and reclining postures with the support of props to calm and reset your entire body and mind. This class takes place in dim candlelit environment for ultimate relaxation.

Roll Out: This 60-minute class is full of stretching and self-myofascial release using Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls and your own body weight. Perfect for endurance athletes and weekend warriors, you'll increase your flexibility while preventing injury and speeding recovery getting you ready for your next workout.

YogaPower: This 60-minute Vinyasa class combines the movement and freedom of a flow class with a dynamic and challenging sequence of postures that will have you building a sweat while you develop strength and power.

Indoor Cycle

Cycle45: This 45-minute mixed profile ride will have you picking up the pace with flat road sprints, digging deep as you climb single and rolling hills, and setting your legs on fire with high intensity intervals.

Cycle 60: This 60-minute ride will take you through longer intervals of single and rolling hills, flat road sprints, endurance pace holds, and high intensity intervals. Modifications for all levels will be provided.

Cycle 90: This 90-minute ride, geared towards experienced riders, will take you through long intervals of single and rolling hills, flat road sprints, endurance pace holds, and high intensity intervals.

CycleCore: This 60-minute class combines the high intensity cardio of a 45 minute ride in the Cycle Lab with the strengthening of 15 minutes of core in the Movement Studio. Yoga mats provided.

Run

5km Crew Run: Join us for our weekly 5km community run. All paces welcome. Routes shared the day of through our social media.

10km #bRUNch Run: Join us for our weekly 10km run followed by optional brunch. All paces welcome. Routes shared the day of through our social media.
