Tribe Performance Race Team
The Tribe Performance Race Team is an in person coached group training program suitable for both beginners and experienced runners looking to chase down goals from 5km to marathon distances (Triathlon coming soon). The program is group coaching designed to help you get faster and learn proper training techniques from our certified coaches. All paces and experience levels are invited.
Tribe Performance Race Team Basic Membership - $135/month
The Tribe Performance Race Team Basic Membership includes a copy of one of the team plans based on goal pace range (non-customized but specific to goal pace) 2 x per year. Session start and end dates are based on the Tribe team goal races only (spring/fall). Runners can move between race distances based on personal session goals.
Basic Membership Plan option includes:
Two weekly Tribe Performance Race Club coached team workouts at 7pm every Tuesday starting at Tribe and Thursday at Monarch Park at 7pm (additional track fees apply).
General team training plan for either beginner, 5km/10km, Half Marathon, Marathon. Training plan will outline additional workouts runners’ are expected to complete on their own/with the Tribe Run Crew (Wednesday and Saturday).
4 classes of runner’s choice monthly at Tribe to support training. Classes cannot be accumulated and will expire at end of month if not used.
Membership is minimum of 3 months commitment.
Members receive 10% of Tribe gear and accessories.
Access to a private Facebook messaging group.
Participants can join anytime.
Enhanced Coaching Packages
Enhanced Coaching Package for Tribe Performance Race Team Members (minimum one 3 month session commitment) – Additional $35 a month.
Fully customized personal plan for one goal race per session of runner’s choice.
Monthly Unlimited Add On
Guests on an 8-class or unlimited membership can add the Tribe Performance Race Team coaching for an additional $85 a month to their existing package.
Meet Your Head Coach: Michael Liberzon
Tribe Performance Race Team head coach Michael Liberzon is a distance runner, triathlete, NCCP trained triathlon coach, certified personal trainer, and a certified kettle bell instructor. His engineering degree lends itself well to a scientific approach to training.
Michael has been involved in endurance sports for 12 years. His passion for the sport and drive for continuous self-improvement was a natural fit for coaching, so he quit his job as VP of a medium-sized construction company and founded X3 Training in 2013. Since then, Michael has worked with dozens of clients: from first-time triathletes to serial marathoners looking for their first BQ, to obstacle course racers, and ultra-distance competitors.
Michael has coached cycling for the Toronto Triathlon Club (the largest adult triathlon club in Canada) since 2013. In late 2013, he accepted the role of Club Director of Training and held a position on the board until late 2015.
