Run, walk or fly? While we can't help with flying, we are here to help you take the leap from walking to running the SuperPower 5K.
This FREE 8-week program will help prepare your mind and body for completing this fun 5K for all ages.
The program starts July 3rd and runs every Wednesday evening from 6:30pm - 7:30pm until August 21st. This is a tremendous opportunity to join the tribe as excitement builds for the 2nd annual SuperPower 5K on August 25th. Space is limited so be sure to register today to reserve your spot.
